The middle bird that got hitched in the show was hot - she got married in a fitted dress. The weddin dresses they get are outrageous though! She looked like an Italian, her mother would get it too.

 

That Appelby festival in the show looks like madness. There is a similar pikey festival in Ballinasloe in Galway where they descend on the town every year to supposedly trade horses. Some of the birds that turn up are out of this world and dressed , as some poster mentioned earlier, like hookers the lot of them. The fookers end up destroying the town every year though, have mass brawls in whatever pub serves them and houses get robbed round the area aswell. You couldn't trust a lot of them as far as you'd kick them.
