If we can keep it tight at the back there should be some chances on the counter. That's why I'd like to see Riera play and Ngog up front to pull the defence out of position and maybe get some balls over the top.

Saturday was fantastic, maybe even eclipsing the United game earlier in the season.

 

However, it will mean a lot less for me if we don't go up against Arsenal with a similarly ballsy approach. I know we won't be able to replicate the intensity of the derby, but we really need to get stuck into them from the start.

 

Gerrard, Carra and Mascherano need to crowd the ref like they undoutebdly will every time there's the slightest incident.

Arshavin has been piss poor these last 2 weeks, so we need to find a way to prolong his slump. He's the one player on that team who scares me, even more than Fabregas.

We will get a backlash from their last three games. We aren't quick enough to hit them on the counter like the Mancs and Chelsea. I think we will need to brutalise them. Play the same way we did against Everton and we'll have a chance. Would take a draw to be honest as I think we could only nick a win the way we are playing.

I would go with that. Although I think it will be Lucas and Mascherano in the middle. Carra at right back with Skrtel and agger at centre half. And Maybe Aurelio on the left wing with Insua at left back.

I think Kuyt has to get on Arshavin and hopefully Ngog wil have a bit more luck and Gerrard can support him.

 

Masch and Lucas should be able to mop up the middle but it is down to the left winger to provide the creativity as Kuyt is going to be very busy.

 

We need to force them to put crosses in so we can nod them away, if they get in behind us we are screwed.
