Gallas

It should have been a freekick and probably a booking, but Gallas wasonly fractionally late. Mascherano did something similar tonight and got away with it (although a freekick was given). It seems worse in slow motion and worse again because a goal came from it.

One thing on that challenge. It was worthy of a yellow card and he didnt get one but why did Gray defend Defoe for the same type of tackle 2 minutes later?

It's a very poor piece of officiating. Because my Mrs is a Bolton fan I've seen it a few times. In defence of Wiley a Bolton player walks across his line of view just as the tackle comes in - it is the sort of decision I would expect him to get right if he saw it clearly. However, his linesman is there and has no obstructions. Someone should be taking a long spell in the cooler (lower leagues) over this because it is an absolutely disgusting tackle. 100% red card.

the same Arsene Wenger who tried sueing a teenage lad making one of his first appearences for Sunderland for a poor challenge on Diaby sticks up for his french international former captain

fucking cunt

And the same Wenger that went eyeball to eyeball with Martin Jol because Spurs wouldn't kick the ball out of play, when one of his players went down in the Spurs game a couple of years ago.

I remember when we played them in the champions league in 2008, one of our players was down injured in the last minute, in the first leg and Arsenal wouldnt put it out.

Because they are bunch of two faced cunts. I found nothing surprising in Wenger's interview.

I wasnt denieng that. Either did I. The line about "I'll show you some tackles' was cuntish. He was probobly about to blame Taylor for breaking Eduardos leg.

I know! Eduardo broke his own leg on Taylors studs, by smashing them into his leg halfway up it. The clueless cunt.

I was talking about the fact that Wenger seems to bring up challenges on his own players that have happened years earlier when his players are dirty bastards. But of course Arsenal are innocent because they pass the ball innit?

PS: Fuck off to an Arsenal forum.

Wenger didn't bring up the Taylor tackle in relation to the one made by Gallas? I'm not really sure what you're on about, to be fair. He doesn't usually bring things up that happened years ago. I could be wrong, quotes? If he's being a bitter cunt, it's usually due to something that happened recently. I mean, he hasn't sat there with a sheet of facts listing them off....

Aside from that, it's not odd, or unusual for a manager to defend his team.

In this case, it was just a badly mistimed tackle - the type that happens pretty frequently, but not all of those are played over and over again on Sky. No intent that I could tell, Gallas may be a lot of things - but he's not a dirty cunt.

That said, I would have had few complaints if the ref gave a yellow, and only mild protestations should he have given a red. I've seen both given for far less.

What I do object to, is the bleating by Bolton. Endless raving on about how the 'big teams' can't handle the 'physical' side. When they spend all day kicking people in the nuts. Then, when something goes bad toward them, they spend all day crying into the dressing room towels.

P.S Hugs?
