My favourite all time player fo the club.

In reality you can trace our slow demise to the day he left the club

A truly great player which it took 2 player to repalce him

Never truly appreciated by the fans and the press.

He was the final peice of the jigsaw in the Paisley dynasty

Shame he was a cunt as a person

Seconded

which just illustrates those who know there football and whose who dont

PS If Souness had stayed at LFC Everton would have won fuck all and we would have won 6 titles in a row

He was just gone 31 when he left us. If you think we were a worse side after you left than you need help.

Nick the fact remains Dalglish constructed probably our most exciting ever side after Souness left, if his loss had been 'patched over' then you'd have a point, but it was a completely new attacking team with Barnes, Beardsley, Houghton and Aldridge - plus he also started playing Molby.

Liverpool's decline IMO has got more to do with the fact we signed players like Julian Dicks and Torben Piechnik while a certain side down the east lancs was buying players like Keane and Cantona.

In the race, one car lost its wheels, the other car got a super-charge, simple as.

Souness would have improved that team no end Imo

However the Everton team before that wouldnt have won the title if LFC had Souness IMO
