He's from Yorkshire though, it's like an Italian eating spaghetti hoops.

I once paid around a million euros for ravioli in an Italian restaurant close to the Trevi Fountain in Rome. If what was served to me wasn’t straight from a can, with Heinz written on the side, then it was of similar quality. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but not really what I had in mind that particular evening and for that cost.

Not exactly relevant to your point but I’m glad to get it off my chest.

They probably knew you were British though and thought it was funny as fuck.

It was the chef's revenge for sending Alberto Aquilani back home.

My flight from Delhi got cancelled and I had to fly back via Istanbul. Ended up having to stay the night in Istanbul due to my connection being missed.

Phoned home saying I was going to be a day late from the hotel in Istanbul. The next morning the receptionist informed me that my phonecall cost 7 million Turkish Lira (old lira). I went mad shouting and swearing calling them a gang of robbing cunts until she told me it worked out about £2.70.

We bought a shipping container to use for storage, probably cheaper than building a garage and painted green blends in pretty well.

Anyway, the mrs is keen on wildlife and decided she wanted an Owl box installed somewhere for which the optimum height is 10-12 feet. Not having any suitable accessible trees or any patience she decided it should be attached to the top of the container. So now, after hours of pissing about we've got an owl box perched on top of 4 nailed together pallets which are connected by wire to the 4 corners of the container.

No self respecting Owl would be seen dead or feel safe in such a monstrosity

Her Indoors has decided it's time to rearrange the contents of the kitchen cupboards. Again.

That's me fucked if I want something to eat.

Know that feeling all too well. My Mrs took it upon herself to rearrange our cupboards earlier this year.  I had it all nice and organised. Everything that is used regularly within reach.  After her reorganisation. Well I’m sure you can all imagine.

Indeed. Smile sweetly & leave them too it. Then get down on all fours to reach a tin of soup as she’s moved tinned goods to the bottom corner of the cupboard.

Know a few birds on Instagram who think they are big fashion gurus.

Whenever they buy something off the Internet they post a photo wearing it and thank the company for sending it to them.

"Thank you Nike for sending me the £150 trainers I paid for".

"Thank you Zara for sending me the dress in the size I ordered and paid for. It fits"

Bizarre

You sure they're not free? Brands send 'influencers' free shit and the price is posting about it and saying how boss it is.

No, defo not "influencers". Just women with too much spare money and time who will then complain that they have nothing to wear for a night out.
