Beefeater, just north of Newcastle. Lots of people with proper jobs breakfasting in here this morning. Very intimidating.

The poached egg was acceptable.

4/10.

Have you chosen that food from a self serve or was it plated up in the kitchen?

And did anyone sit unreasonably close to you?

Plated up in this one. I got there early to ensure I got a table as far away from other tables as possible. I’ll be doing the same tomorrow even though I don’t actually have to breakfast early. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Was reading an article about a restaurant in the Peak District, saying it was hoping for a Michelin Star, and complimenting its breakfast offering. I might be out of line here, but I don't like the look of this very much.

They should be more worried about their chocolate star.

Cunts.

Celebrating Curtis's equaliser with 2 black pudding, 2 bacon, 3 sausage, some Spanish tortilla and a couple of belting eggs.

Suck it.

That looks nice that mate not sure I’d call them sausages though. They need more birth.

Better a bit crispy than any of that runny-nose slime you get when you don't cook them properly.

The idea is to fully cook the white, and only heat up the yolk so it soaks into the toast.

No toast, but the yolks were sioupairb.
