Grounded, Glos Rd.

2 eggs - dipped me toast in the yolk and tried to eat them. Still don’t like them.

2 sausages - very good quality but not hot enough.

2 bacon - again good quality and cooked perfectly.

2 hash browns - needed to be cooked longer, not crispy enough.

2 chorizo and black pudding hash - looked grim but tasted amazing!

2 toast - nice granary bread and the salted butter was lovely.

2 halves of tomato - no where near cooked enough, let down a very good breakfast.

Mushrooms - tried them, cooked well, still don’t like them.

Fried potatoes - not necessary but I’m a fat cunt so enjoyed them anyway.

Beans - cooked well and the sauce reduced nicely.

Chilli sauce - didn’t even bother trying it, had HP of course.

Keys.

Conker.

Pricey at £10.95 without tea, but hot sausages and a few more minutes cooking for the toms and hash brown and it would have been excellent.

A very strong 8.5/10

Full Irish in central Antwerp while I wait for my train.  Far too much bean juice and cheap components (tasted nice though, white pudding esp) but set me up for the trip home nicely.  Dog turd sausages looked especially cheap but were actually quite nice. Let themselves down with the bacon though. 4 or 5 out of 10.

I don't think that's too bad for the continent. You can't have everything and the bacon looks ok.

Relatively healthy version from me this morning (well it’s a sensible amount of calories at least).

Be gentle.

Looks ok that. I could live without the fungus and undercooked tomato though.

My missus made us both a sausage and egg sarnie for breakfast just now.

she brought it through to me with the words “of that isn’t the best egg, I don’t know what is”.

its a good job I like cooking and she has many other qualities.

Good of them to let you make your own toast.

I've seen them in the supermarket. Are they as dry and tasteless as they look?

They’re on the dry side (on the outside anyway, not bad inside). They taste nice.

Are they as good as fatty fried pork sausages? Well it depends what sausages you get. I’ve had plenty of shite pork sausages.

But as I say, my main aim at the minute is to get in shape so gotta make compromises somewhere. It’s like people in work who take the piss if someone have a salad; problem is they’re big fat cunts so you know...
