The food looks to be of good quality. Bacon in the first picture is underdone. Both sausages are undercooked, especially the second one, which looks raw in places. Mingbage portion of mushrooms. Were the tomatoes straight from the fridge?

No, more on the Exmoor side of Devon (Tiverton).  Used to go down there a lot as a family (and Torquay/Newton Abbot with mates for occasional nights out a few years later) though.

I have to say pebble dashed eggs are a new one to me. 

 

No one else seems to have mentioned the incredibly mingebag portions as well. 1 egg, 1 chipolata, 2 mushrooms, half a malnourished raw tomatoa 1 Chihuahua scalp and a plug. Any beans is too much obvs, and where is the toast and tea? The tiny hash brown is hiding behind the Ramekin and rightly so. 

 

Edit: there is a tea cup in view, hope its filled with conkers and keys

To be fair they do have a choice of portion sizes, which means you can have twice the shit on your plate if you feel so inclined.
