That is taking the piss. More often than not, a fried brecky is on cooked on a whim, you can't frickin plan the night before, where is the joy in that. 

 

 

I suppose though, if Lifey took that forward planning bit on, he could give the fire bobbies a call the night before and it would at least give them a heads up.

Other than the pumpkin seeds (just munch a few while you cook) and the mushrooms (not a big fan anyway, but those look grim) it's not too bad.  The avocado's nice enough, but a bit pointless on the plate like that.  At least slice it into the tomatoes (also uncooked, which is further poor judgement).

 

Looks like a nice enough light tea, but would turn my stomach in the morning.
