I say that because meat, chicken and fish are ridiculous right now. At least here. Was at my butcher yesterday - 29.99 usd per pound of NY Strip. So an 8 oz steak is $45 bucks by itself. Before sides. Granted they may get a better price but a good steakhouse is also buying top quality cut. Fresh grouper is selling at 35 bucks a pound. WTF?!

 

Some of the roasts you have been serving up would have to be 30 or 40 bucks a plate.
