So I've been in London again and managed a meeting over breakfast this morning. This is the Polo 24 hour cafe on Bishopsgate right outside Liverpool Street station. It was £7.95 and I added a sausage and black pudding (which was extra but not sure how much). Coffee was about £2.50. it was pretty tasty, but the bacon needed more cooking. The sausages were pretty good (Cumberland). I'd give it a 7/10. I'd go back if I was in the area.

I'm given that an extra mark for the beans.

Hotel Indigo, Newcastle.

Included in the price of the room. Probably best I don't know what they would charge for it.

One of the toast was an added extra.

The bacon was either reheated from yesterday or it's been overcooked.

Sausages were ok but nothing special.

The hash brown was just average shite.

Egg was slightly overcooked too.

Came with a tea and a thimble of orange juice.

They ruin your day with that and then expect you to tolerate sauce from a sachet.

I’ll tune into the national news later to see how you dealt with this clear provocation.
