We're second in the league, only 6 points behind the leaders.

We're in the knockout stages of the Champions League.

We're in the semi-final of the League Cup.

We've got a nice easy start to the FA Cup.

We've got the best manager in the league.

We've got some of the very best players in the league: there are very few of our starting XI who any of us would swap for any other player in the league.

In Kelleher, Morton and Elliott, we've got some of the most promising young players in the league.

Not sure about Morton. I'd add Jones and Konate to that though.

- Arsenal play City next, so they probably won't catch us until the end of the month

- Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Naby Keita are getting a nice holiday in sunny Cameroon

- Tyler Morton has just been called up to the MMA

- Good news about the Chocolate Oranges

- John Henry has a big fucking yacht

- We'll finish somewhere between 2nd and 3rd, which is pretty good.

- We've got far enough in the League Cup that we should actually see us taking it seriously this season.

- We've drawn a team near the bottom of the 3rd division in the FA Cup.

- Nat Phillips.

- Keita and Oxlaide-Chamberlain are presumably one step closer to leaving the club.

- The Greek looks a good signing.

- If City don't win the European Cup this year I think they could lose a bit of focus in the league the following season.

- We still have the best manager in the world.
