I'd have written the cunts number down and using a payg sim called him back repeatedly in the middle of the night. Then armed with his address gone round to his house, knocked on the door, then introduced him to my old mate 2 by 4. I bet he's a 5 foot nothing shitehouse who would crap himself.

 

I give BT a fair bit of stick when they bother me as I am ex-directory and registered with that TPS shite. But my stick is always in a calm measured tone and rarely if ever rude, just mainly condescending with a hint of arrogance (like a normal call then)
