Definitely, best pub in town for me.

Lovely ale ( try a black Erdinger ), a bit pricey mind roughly £3 - £3.50 a pint.

Most people are over 30 so it doesn't really attract any dickheads just people who want a quiet drink, even though it will be busy on a Saturday.

Something special happened today which has resulted in me heading over to town for a few at tea time .I have walked past this place a few times and people have told me it is a good pub with great beers and a servere lack of knob head coke fiends .

Is it worth a visit ?

Best pub in Liverpool, IMO.

Its a smashing pub, no trouble, no nobheads and a friendly atmosphere.

I've been once, so there are nobheads in there...

Seriously though, there were nobheads in there the one time I went. They took offence to CrouchieBoy's "Tom R Bummed My Sister" and were acting like nobheads trying to stare us out.

Good selection of beer though.
