Troy Deeney.

Can't think of anything he was ever good at apart from just being able to run and intimidate people telling everyone he had been in prison.

Still managed to play for Watford and score a few goals for them. Also scored a couple against us and bullied Skrtel.

Absolutely shite manager and pundit in addition to being a total knobhead.

No, I'm thinking of Vieri.  He was the most expensive because he scored loads of goals; he still looked shit.

He really did not.

I reckon babel was more worst good player....

Yeah.

There was a thread called something like “best shit player” and “worst good player”. Couldn’t find it and so I bumped this.

Babel is the latter and so is Sterling. 20 goals and assists a season for years and I remember people absolutely shocked when he scored that free kick.

To be fair to Sterling he was better than Babel mind.

Booing Sterling has always struck me as strange. We got 50m for him and signed a much better player, who is the epitome of a Liverpool legend.

Imagine if City had used the money to sign Mane, we’d have been fucked, and wouldn’t have won half the trophies.

It always struck me as a bit small time.

I seen the lad Hirst playing for Ipswich yesterday on MotD 2 and whilst he didn't score he looked a handful.

Thought he might have been a new youngster coming through and one to keep an eye on but turns out he's 26 and not really done anything, he's also the son of David Hirst, he was a good player ruined by injuries.

The Premier League XI is already built, you see the team 13 points clear at the top about to win the title tomorrow? That's it.

The table says they're best; half the FF says they're shit.

Then that's all that really matters doesn't it?

Just because our football is conservative and the manager asks for slow build up, doesn't mean the players are shit.

Strand Larsen have always scored goals, so not sure why he was mentioned.

13 goals already in his debut season in the PL in a struggling team, that’s pretty good. Can he reach 15?

Wolves and Strand Larsen are in great form, but they have been up against some absolute dross lately.

Wolves last 7 games:

Strand Larsen last 6 games:

Next four games:

On a side note, only England and Norway have two players in the top 12.

He seems to have found some form and the goal scoring touch recently, but he was dire for a big chunk of the season

It’s more that he’s a big galoot who can’t really run or do anything with the ball.

He’s a good shit player though because he has a bit of nous in the box and scores goals.

He is a great finisher, his movement is good and he is a big strong tall guy.

Hes not one for silky skills though, thats true, but good at getting others into play and find good positions.

He dines out on that late winner against Leicester (granted it was a superb moment epitomising the highs and lows on footy) the rest of him is shit on and off the pitch. He chats more shite than Garth Crooks and that takes some doing.

I think it was more the snide way it all

came about and the fact that he’s an absolute helmet

Bobo Balde

I’ve got a funny story about him. A girl I know used to see him when he was at Celtic and she took him round her nans one afternoon. Despite the fact her nan was a devout Catholic and staunch Celtic fan she had no idea who her granddaughters new fella was. Her nan lived out in the sticks from Glasgow where everyone knows everyone etc. Anyway they pull up and as they go to walk into the garden her nan runs out the door shouting “Tell him te get away fe ma garden or I’m callin’ the police!!!”
