Daniel Pacheco and Jordy Brouwer will lead the line for Liverpool Reserves against Wigan Athletic this evening in a match you can watch live on LFC TV or online via the e-Season Ticket.

The Reds have not won since the opening game of the season at Middlesbrough and Gary Ablett's men will be hoping to put last month's disappointing mini-derby defeat behind them with a morale-boosting win.

The Liverpool team in full:

Dean Bouzanis

Stephen Darby

Emiliano Insua

Mikel San Jose Dominguez

Martin Kelly

Damien Plessis

Gerardo Bruna

Jay Spearing

Jordy Brouwer

Daniel Pacheco

Vincent Weijl

Subs:

Peter Gulacsi

Steven Irwin

Francisco Duran

Daniel Ayala

Andras Simon

Wigan team for tonights game:

Pollit, Field, Pearson, Ashworth, Buxton; Mahon, Hampson, Routledge, Kupisz; Cywka.

Subs: Gracey, Chiocchi, Breeze, Barry, McManaman.

The Routledge is Jon Routledge, anyone know if this is the same Routledge that was on our books a season or two ago?

I think that is our strongest starting 11, bar Nemeth obviously.

Bouzanis has made a couple of good saves, Brouwer has missed a sitter, and we do look like we're missing a natural right sided midfielder, with Bruna always looking to cut inside onto his favoured left foot, and when he's done so, he's been wasteful with his passing.

Apart from the early chances for Cywka that Bouzanis saved, the back 4 have been comfortable.

Pacheco has been bright in patches, Weijl looks the most direct attacking option we have, Spearing has been his usual busy self.

All in all, a draw at half time is probably fair, though if Nemeth had had the chance that Jordy missed, then we'd be one up.
