I've just been prescribed reading glasses. I'm devastated!

Just got my new pair. Was 45 before I needed reading glasses. They said I had a slight distance problem, do I need them to watch the footy ? Maybe soon.

I had a ploughmans for my tea last night because i didn't get in til half eight.

 

I don't know what happened, to be honest. One minute i was searching through the fridge, the next i had a plate with pickled onions, ham, cheese, French bread and branston on it.    

 

All washed down with a nice soothing mug of horlicks and then a hot water bottle for bed.
