Has anybody read about Melanie Shaw? #melanieshaw on Twitter... it seems on the face of it that she's being kept locked up because she's trying top whistle blow on a far reaching paedophile ring.

 

After 2 years inside and being held past her discharge date, she was sentenced 3 days ago for setting fire to her cell 3 times. I'm not sure how she managed this as a high risk prisoner in solitary confinement.

The claims of her being in solitary confinement for 11 months, not allowed to go to her own trial, and being a political prisoner seem far-fetched and would require some strong evidence. It’s the UK, not Saudi Arabia. It would require so many people to be in on a conspiracy to protect peados, that unless there’s some sort of evidence, I can’t believe it. That said, I’ve not looked deeply into it.
