Just looks like years of substance abuse has left a mark. His massive weight loss can't have helped either. Nor the fact that he's 36 now.

He wasn't miming, but he did have a backing track with vocals.

 

I know that there was a backing track. I just watched it again and whether it's my recording or something else, but it honestly looked to me like he was miming (quite badly in places too).
