From what I remember (memory isn't good at all though, and it might have been Mary Anne Hobbs who used to do the rock show), it was John Peel that got me into this band. He used to play his show before the Radio 1 Rock Show years back (Mary Anne Hobbs was hosting the rock show at the time), and he'd lead into it with the most heavy and insane stuff he could, it was great. Either way, some of the tunes he used to lead into the rock show with were fucking amazing. Great man. (cool story bro, etc.)
