Found this beauty on the outside wall. Black lace weaver, got a bit of a bite apparently. Anyway, after spotting her under the outside light (the shadow was a bit more terrifying), I let her find her way.

edit: actually, looking again, it might be tube web spider.

There’s an absolute monster webbed up just outside my bathroom window. I reckon it’s at least four inches across. Every time I go in there I’m making sure he’s still outside, counting down the days until the window cleaner comes and blasts it away. He survived the torrential rain earlier. If it decides it wants to comes inside it’s gonna be interesting.

We seem to have an infestation of these little bastards at the minute. Cellar spiders.

Fucking webs everywhere and no matter how times you evict them and clear away the webs, you get up the next morning to find they've brought back loads of friends and decided to cover your walls in their silky shit!

The "travelling community" of the spider world these twats.

Seem to have a lodger. Got the slippers out for the first time since march.

Told him I only owned the pair, so he put them back in the cupboard and is now sulking under the wardrobe.

Edit: bloody idiot thought I couldn't seem him on the stairs, evicted (down the toilet). Loser.
