Christ on a bike, I've gone mad. I can't stop watching the fucker. I was dead worried Harrison Ford would just be going through the motions and look like an old fart doing a half-arsed Han Solo impression. However, he's still got that twinkle in his eye. He seems totally Han-like in old age even with the grey stubble.

That was my concern, but that last scene makes me so happy.

You don't have to mess around with embedding, etc, now, you can just post the link and it'll turn into a youtube in the post. And cheers! Didn't realize this was on the way, off to watch it now.

 

edit : looks great, looking forward to finding out what's actually going on in the story though with a proper trailer (not being miserable, just saying.)

I know. I feel exactly the same. It's quite amazing how emotional my response to that trailer was. I felt intense excitement and was laughing out loud with pleasure at it. It looks awesome.

I agree. Looks a bit like a Cylon. If rumours are to be believed, the Sith Adam Deiver plays (I can't remember his characters name) is a Sith enthusiast rather than an all out bad ass, so maybe his helmet will evolve as his powers grow?

 

Or some shit.

 

Like the look of the chrome Stormtrooper. Allegedly that's who Brienne Of Tath from GoT plays.

In other thoughts, I'm not down with the new Terminator trailers. Too many lame jokes & tongue in cheek nods to the originals that seem forced.

 

The original Cameron ones are moody, intense & atmospheric but so far it just looks blasè.

 

Ok not convinced by Alan Turner, the director. He's done some good TV work (Boardwalk Empire, GoT) but, even though I enjoyed it, I felt a bit let down by Thor 2 & this seems to have the same camp tone to it. I hope I'm wrong by I haven't got high hopes.
