A live action version of Aladdin? That’ll either be amazing or amazingly shit. Aladdin is my favourite childhood movie. I must have watched it 100 times. I own 1 VHS, it’s Aladdin. I don’t even have a VHS player. I guess it has to be a musical? Would be weird without it. And no Robin Williams as genie... damn.

Think Will Smith is the genie and Guy Ritchie is directing.

A match made in heaven....... I'm in.

Great film on Talking Pictures tomorrow 7pm The Day The Earth Caught Fire starring Edward Judd Leo McKern and the gorgeous Janet Munro.....

In the days when characters and storyline mattered more than CGI effects, that is until Hollywood remake it

After sparing a girl's life during a massacre, an elite Triad assassin is targeted by an onslaught of murderous gangsters.

Is that the guy from The Raid? That film is guaranteed to be great fun, if so

Norwegian disaster movie which features the same guy and family from The Wave (which actually wasn't bad) but what's the odds on being caught up in two natural disasters....

Still at least The Rock isn't in it

Remake alert.....I actually liked the original for me one of the better King adaptations

It’s looking increasingly like the MCU will press re-set to some extent after this. They’re still quite tight-lipped on future films bar the couple already in the post and that title seems to hammer the point home. Can’t wait though. These are great films. Genuine intelligent blockbusters.

Apparently Marvel have acquired/reacquired the licence to include Conan The Barbarian in their Avengers comics. (This is true)

Only a matter of time before Arnie appears in the Avengers movie! (This probably isn't)
