There's a whole slew of them in Britain now, he was the prototype. Basically talentless but found a niche for themselves causing outrage/telling it like it is - depending on whether or not you're a twat. They get air time, web time, get invited onto radio shows to supposedly 'offer another point of view' but in reality it's just to get clickbait hits and social shares. 

 

I think there needs to be a real, coordinated strategy for dealing with these people and it should be around boycotting anyone who advertises with publications/stations that give them the  time of day. Stop funding hate was a promising idea but it doesn't seem to have gathered as much mainstream traction as it should do. 

 

They should be doing more of that in the states too, Fox News and the likes can't survive purely on the buying power of bucktoothed simpletons from Idaho.

It's all for ratings though, he doesn't care about the answers. He's modeling himself off an American shock jock, he gets people on the telly and then hits them with other journalists' work his producer has found in the newspaper, shouts at them, cuts them off, regurgitates what he said the day before, then looks at his twitter mentions (often on live tv), all while Susanna Reid sits there playing the Ernie Wise act, "ooh what's he like, can't take him anywhere".

I always feel a bit sorry for Susanna Reid, she often tries to chip in in a "I used to work for the BBC" type of style and she'll be mid sentence he'll just steam roller her too.

 

No doubt about it, he's an utter cunt, it's just unfortunate that the rest of the British media are so weak where this government are concerned he ends up being the only voice actually challenging these pricks.
