It will be fucking ace. I'm going to Greece for two weeks in june, and I reckon there will be some great nights out when Hellas play. There's just nothing that beats watching those tournaments in the summertime, out on the balcony with a beer fresh out of the fridge. Oh man...

i was looking forward to it until i discovered that the bbc have hired steve fucking mclaren as one of their pundits for the tournament. i mean talk about rubbibng our noses in it. you couldn't make it up.

i look forward to his "expert opinion" on how holland can turn around a deficit to beat croatia. how the fuck would he know?

and to make it worse, us license payers are paying for him, if he had anything about him he'd donate his fee to charity or put it back into grass roots football.

I love the Euro's even more than the world cup.

Cant wait, i'll be supporting Spain with a little eye on Holland.

There are not as many predictable games in the Euros. There are only normally poor teams there if they are the host.

As the finals are only in Austria/Switzerland, anyone know what time the kick offs are likely to be?

An hour earlier than Euro 2004 I presume

Not sure you'll be able to escape england even when they aren't their.

We might not have to sit through endless visits to the england camp between games england have nothing to do with but we'll have all the talk about how they could have beaten whoever Croatia and Russia play, talk about Capello, and dreams of what might have been.

Arriba!

Im going/supporting Spain for this one. And I would still support Spain even if Engerland where in it.

Imust concur, i shall be in spain for a couple of their matches, and although i know who i want to score the winner in the final, i havent yet decided who i want to be on the recieving end

I know my decision will be driven by hatred of man u, or possibly chelski,

but shall it be portugal or france, or A N other ?

Any suggestions?
