Seen lots of negative reviews for this, but I really liked it. Yes it's pretty fucked up, but good tension throughout and quite original (same director as Get Out).

 

Was very well done in terms of the breadcrumbs throughout the film that are explained later. Music was boss too.

American Made.

 

Every now and again Tom Cruise stops phoning in his performances and does something pretty decent. Not quite up there with Magnolia and Tropic Thunder but it's one of his better recent films. Would have been better with McConnaghay, but it's still a decent enough romp.

The Guilty - Danish film on Netflix. Pretty much just one guy playing a Police Dispatcher who takes a call of a kidnapped woman. 

 

Gripping. Worth a watch, not that long and is subtitled obviously. Really really good if a bit creepy. 7/10

Its pretty good that one. A lot of the non English ones are pretty decent.

 

Tried to watch The Snowman on Netflix but simply had to turn it off when everybody in Oslo was speaking with plummy English accents. And Michael Fassbender as a functioning alcoholic down and out cop? Not even close.

Toy Story 4. 7/10

 

Not bad, towards the end the room we watched it in got very dusty but other than that it was enjoyable throughout. 
 

Didn’t think it was good as some of the others but still good all the same.
