You're right though. It was a fantastic throw.

 

Fair comment, Pollock did run across him. He just didn't appear to be aware of where the runner was. If it was conscious, he was pretty clever about it.

 

Starting to get a few runs going here.

Looked to me like Pollock was getting himself behind the stumps to receive the throw and try a stumping. Kev should have run to his right and round Pollock, but he ran to his left down the middle of the pitch.

 

Thats how it looked to me aswell Weeksie. Wrong choice by Pietersen, basically because he was ambling and not concentrating on what was happening, once he realised he made the wrong choice and Pollock was in his way trying to get to the stumps.

Its all academic anyway as we're not going to get anywhere near the target.

Our batsmen just don't have the technique to innovate against good bowling....if the bowling is pie throwing shite thats asking to be hit, we've got a chance...their bowling has been tight and on the money so far.
