Fuckin ace, I used to love them even when I was a teenager and all the other cats were wearing Helly Hanson 'waterproofs'.

Got one that looks like this which cost me £80 notes in a sale from River Island a while back.

My mate abuses me for it because apparently 'leather is out'. But he can fuck right off.

Cheap leathers are a nasty nasty business and you can spot them a mile away.

TJ hughes style leather's are the stuff of nightmares.

Used to go and peruse a shop in the palace once when it was still open, he had leathers there for as little as ten notes, top vintage wares.

Got a black one as well as the Brown one which cost me 200 about seven years ago and its still going strong. Superb quality.

Leather jackets and parkas are my only real loves in the jacket world. Doesn't feel as right when wearing anything else.

Not sure about all these leather jackets with the elasticated bottom bits to them (even though one I own has one I might add but they've become the 'norm').

I had the nicest leather jacket a few years back, some dickhead stole it. That was a bad day. I still miss it.

I have a classic leather jacket that I love. She's been with me since 2004. I bought her on holiday in New York. She was on sale at Century 21. Got her for half price at $120. Love you baby. She looks a bit more worn than she once did but all that has done has made her a milf of leather jackets. Buttons, no studs or zips. Classic.

you have to be able to pull a leather off, its like a mac, some people can do it some cant.

I cant so I stick to pea coats.

I can if I do say so myself, went out in my Vic Mackey-style motorcycle jacket a few weeks back and some woman grabbed my balls - true story.

Leathers will never be out but you still need the attitude to go with it. I have two, a short black one and a longer one for the colder months. You can get some good vintage ones from Resurrection on Bold St. Personally I would avoid High St chains.

I have maroon colour leather and its cool as fuck. I got it from some vintage shop years ago. On another note... have you seen the birds that work in there!! Ridiculously fine!
