Went to Devon last week and there are loads of nice places but I think a few of them would be fucking grim in winter. Mainly Teignmouth and Dawlish.

We took the boys to Dawlish for the day at the start of the school holidays and I insisted we went here for afternoon tea. Then spent the entire time giggling like a schoolboy.

I’d go across on the train for a night, get pissed, fuck her and then the next morning whilst suffering with a horrendous hangover, questioning my life choices sit waiting at the train station looking at the barren wasteland and think ‘if I did live here I would top myself’.
