Yeah Djokovic isn't a particularly popular player, what with the all the covid jab dodging and Nadal and Federer both being far more charismatic players. I agree though that Djokovic is comfortably the best.

Yeah one of the greats alongside Federer & Nadal.  And as with most sports its extremly difficult to compare era's and achievements of historic players.

Djokovic has cleaned them out. He makes it 24 in Wimbledon as well imo, he’s the greatest to ever pick up a racket

Not a likeable player or the best to watch, but he is ridiculously consistent and has claimed at least 3 titles at each Grand Slam on the way to claiming the overall record. His only remaining goals would be to try and win all 4 in one calendar year, and also add Olympic gold.

I don't think the total number of Grand Slam titles is necessarily the only indicator of the greatest, though Djokovic's achievements make for a compelling argument. I think when the numbers are so close you have to look at unique achievements and of course doing the calendar year Grand Slam counts for so much that many would still consider Laver the greatest as he did it twice. I think if Djokovic could do it once, coupled with his number of Grand Slam titles, then everyone would have to concede.

I’ll never not appreciate the sheer will to win and never say die attitude he’s got but he’s a bit of a bellend with it. No class.
