if you like Hoegaarden then try a beer called Blue Moon it is very similar.

had it over the weekend in a few bars in Liverpool - pumphouse, the bridewell etc.

seems to be becoming more and more available in bars now

With a slice of orange.

The American beer scene is amazing at the mo. Was in Florida in March and had so many good beers. All clean, crisp quality ales. Not an eggy bad one to be had

Yeah, had a few decent IPAs as well. They seem to be very popular over there at the moment

Went to a local "micropub" and totally fell for the spiel the landlady was giving me about this beer - Yellow Belly, which is supposed to be a Peanut butter biscuit stout and was ludicrously expensive at something like £8 a for a 275ml bottle and is 11% abv. The wife bought it for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it you can really get the peanut butter and biscuit flavours. Apparently it's a real pain in the tits to get hold of even at the price and the brewery only sell one case at a time.

You may have noticed it looks like the KKK get up similarity and that's on purpose hence the name.
