Look at at the comments about Wigan, Runcorn, Stoke, colour of wheelie bins etc. 

Runcorn and Widnes will always be laughed at by scousers, for the simple reason of being 2 miles up the road and sounding so alien. Its the us and them thing with nearest neighbors really. Which the Liverpool Manc hatred is an extension of. The surrounding conurbations that border Liverpool and Manchester sound thick to residents of both of the big cities, plus due to the size of the footy teams in the big cities, they have predominantly followed, and so it kind of brought with it a reluctant acknowledgment of appearing to be a second tier fan.

I went on a stag do to Nottingham once and it was fucking grim. I was twatted for most of it to be fair but everyone was dead moody and I almost strangled some cunt for going on about Hillsborough. He soon shut up when he realised he was surrounded by about 30 scousers. I also loathe Brian Clough as well so I’m plumping for Nottingham. 

 

The stag also got punched in the back of his head by an unknown assailant, however he was painted bright yellow at the time and dressed like a banana so I could understand that one.
