The shock of horse racing being about money and greed first and the animals welfare last.

Give me a fucking break.

Point to the part where anyones shocked about money and greed? I'll show you the bit where people are shocked at an owner sat showing off on a dead horse.

Reaction to a Race-Horse Owner sitting and posing on a dead horse?

If you guys want to be pedantic go ahead.

Not arsed about the guy sitting on a body of a horse as they key feeling from all of this - even if it’s disrespectful.

It’s quite obvious their health comes second anyway, just from their involvement in the sport to begin with.

I'm not really sure how it's being pedantic to question your implication that the actions of Gordon Elliott reflect the sport as a whole.

Did I say it reflected the sport as a whole though?

Quite obviously some involved are going to be all about the money, given the sport and vast sums of money that can be made for chucking a horse around a circuit as fast as they can go.

I find it all a bit odd

Dropped from his column by Betfair. Gigginstown and O'Leary have vowed to support him and said "we all make mistakes."

It's no surprise to see that the owner of Ryanair has no real morals.

I suppose Betfair don't need him, the others, this close to Cheltenham, do.
