Likely Carve Up Tonight?

Everton love the Mancs, they wouldnt want to see them fall any further behind us. They are also in the unusual position of being perfectly comfortable in mid table with an awful lot of shite below them. Moyes and Ferguson are Scots who go back a long way. Moyes was once in the frame for the assistant managers jobs at OT and Preston have taken a few United players on loan.

I can therefore see whats coming tonight. United will race into a 2 or 3 goal lead then take the foot of the gas. In the 2nd half Everton will gradually get back in and Wayne Rooney will score to become the youngest premierhsip scorere ever. Everybody is happy. Sounds paranoid on my part, but look at the history of United v Everton games and they follow a similar pattern - United win comfortably but stop short of humiliating the Blues.

Spot on, this always happens. Everton always look ripe for a good snotting against them but the Mancs always just do enough to win. And sad punters lose their stakes.

IMO ,just going on past matches it would not be a shock if (despite the GOOD (for them) form recently !!!!!!!) they bend over and take it up the rear from the mancs tonight as per usual !!!!

Is that cynical ?

I am not even going to bother watching the game tonight as it is obvious Man Utd will win and score at least 3 goals. After the match Moyes will go on about what a great team Man Utd are, blah, blah, blah.....
