I always remember the classic carlsberg advert where the guy is walking down a long corridor and hears a phone ringing. He finds the phone ringing in a very old musty office covered in dust. He answers the phone and ends up blowing the dust of the dialer and sez something like, " No, this is 7648, no its quite alright" He takes one look around the old office and leaves closing the door behind him revealing the office to be called ' Complaints Department' Classic, very subtle.
