I passed my PhD upgrade yesterday. On the way home, I celebrated by buying myself a four-pack of cider and two large packets of crisps (the good Kettle crisps - 2 for 3 quid) and I had one of them for my dinner. Simple pleasures.

I have just finished glossing the wordwork and 3 doors in my bedroom. And I am going to celebrate with a sausage sarnie.

Well I'm still studying. The exam was something that happens at the mid-point of the programme. I'm studying ex-service people and the impact of their experiences on mental/physical health throughout their lifespan (WWII to current operations).

Saturday screw, bacon and sausage baguette and Archer on the tv. She's off to her mothers this afternoon so I'm thinking margaritas in bed
