How many of his mistakes have not been rectified when he has made them, except for The Derby?

How many points have his mistakes cost us?

How many points has he kept us by producing top drawer save?

How many of the Riena is shit bandwagon hoppers, felt the same about Bruce Grobbelaar all them years ago?, he was prone to the odd fuck up from time to time.

I am sensing that as Djimi has left theclub all his baitors are now looking for a new 'victim'.

Reina is a quality young goalkeeper, he is only 23, keepers do not hit there prime till at least their 30's these days.

Like you are all perfect at your job too.

Miserable Bastards

He does make saves that save us points, but he makes mistakes that should have cost us points this season, only for luck to prevent the ball from finding the net.

Hamstrung, if I'm wrong about Reina missing a punch yesterday, and then missing his catch only to finally collect the ball on his third attempt yesterday, then go to 5 minute 50 seconds in the highlights and you will see if I'm wrong...

Scott Carson's performance for Charlton yesterday was absolutely top class, so Reina is definitely going to have to up his game if he's going to stay number 1 long term. If Carson keeps that level of form up all season he'll be pushing hard for a place in the team when he returns, which can only be a good thing.

Nah, Carson can;t be our number 1- he miffled that weak header vs Juve and almost cost us Istanbul in the process....

Being no. 1 for Charlton and being no. 1 for Liverpool are two very different prospects.

The two keepers still face the same strikers week in week out though. And while Reina faces European opponents and Carson doesn't, Carson will probably be tested more as teams will create more chances against Charlton than us.

Not saying that Carson is better than Reina, just that I don't think the teams goalkeepers play in is a valid basis for comparing their abilities.
