I quite liked "Sing when you're winning". Wasn't that keen on anything after it, but I thought that was a good album.

Queer.

Agreed.

ok, would you shag Annie Lennox?

That’s a good pop song ( in response to Stig)  as is “Bodies” It’s a shame Glitter is cancelled because he wrote some absolutely great pop songs that I wouldn’t mind listening to again. “Oh yes your beautiful” is a particular stand out, one of my first girlfriends did some modelling for Schwarzkopf to that tune and so that song is loaded with memories for me........He fiddles with one kid!!

1990 - drummer wearing an ace red duffle coat.

I was watching that on TOTP2 on Friday night. Used to like it at the time but the performance is hilarious, the singer dressing like she's from south central LA and not getting close to pulling it off is the icing on the cake.

Haha. Yeah, me, too. The duffle coat is great, though. I had a similar one many moons ago.

This is an amnesty thread, right?

I've mentioned before that I worked in a record shop years ago and anyhows we had a rotation on playing stuff and the manager would always play Starsailor 'Love Is Here' when it was his choice.

Still listen to it occasionally and feel dirty for doing so as it's objectively a shite album.

I feel better it's out in the open, what's the thing they say about recovery, first you have to admit you have a problem?

Punish the man, not the music.

I think Glitter was harshly treated. He's not the only musician to play in A minor.
