I'm trying to get an address of an old friend who i've lost contact with and just wondered if anyone knew of a way to find it.

I've been on a few websites but they charge quite a bit and i only need the one address.

The information i have is their full name and the town/village they live in.

In these days of stalking can anybody help me out?

Have you checked the electoral register for the area?

Get a program called UK Info Disc 2006... you can either buy it for £250 or download it off BitTorrent. It's the entire electoral roll and directory enquiries on one disc. Ace.

You can usually pick up earlier versions of InfoDisc absolutely free too, they tend to give it away with PC magazines. I think I have a 2004 version somewhere.
