I would say it depends on 2 things

 

1) What type of work place it is

 

and

 

2) If there was a chance that she could become your boss

 

on the first one if she had access to tools that could do you harm or similar then leave well alone as if she turns out to be a bunny boiler you will have no where to get away from it

 

on the second one if she gets to be your boss she can fuck your world upside down and again leave well alone
