Sertgi Lopez's character Captain Vidal from Pans Labyrinth was one of the most evil roles I've encountered in the movies so far .A proper Thorough Bastard

 

 

My avatar above is another one that was in Pans Labrinth and is called the Pale Man .Veryu very creepy ,especially when He picks up his eyeballs and sticks them in sockets in his hands to be able to see

 

 

Eihi Shiina's character in Takeshi Miike's Audition is one of the mosd testicle shrinking ,spine chilling ,creepiest characters ever .That bit at the end where she gets off on flicking herself off all the pins is scary ,as is the realisation that there a limbless man in the moving sack .

I don't know if it counts as a character, but when I first saw Alien aged about 7 or 8 years old, I properly soiled my pants.

Can't remember whether he played a bigger part in the overall film (in fact I'm not even sure if it was a film...), but the vampire kiddie who is scratching the bedroom window in Salems Lot fairly scared the life out of me when I first watched it.
