It's called a dynamic ip. It doesn't matter, I can still notify your isp as you have breached the Computer Misuse Act. I wonder what your employers would make of that? I'd hazard a shot that you are with NTL too and that you're the other pube.

Anyway, I just checked out the NTL site and it says this
