I'm under the impression that CL-qualifiers are a whole different ballgame compared to pre-season games. wouldn't it be nice picking up 5-6 injuries in july due to a barbaric ale-house team from the deep forests of bulgaria?

Easier than travelling to Japan though. Its basically 4 extra games that we can have as our pre season. It aint ideal but i'd rather be in the champions league than out of it. If ya wanna compete you've gotta be in it

Fuck's sake. Yes we've been fucked over by the FA, but we knew we wouldn't qualify direct without finishing 4th or above. We didn't and should be happy we're in it next year at all. Of course it's not ideal but should we tell them to stick it?

There's no way we're going to finish in the top 4 with all these extra games.

Yes the FA might have been corrupt as far as manu is concerned but Uefa would not have made any better stance for any other team than they did for Liverpool.

 

We should appeal this to the FA with the implied threat of legal action who remembers the fa rules on the website that were actually changed after they allowed everton in
