Been here the whole time TK, erm, JK.

The pool lanai has killer Wi-Fi.

It is you that has become a bit, been a bit, hit or miss.

What's with the "ethnic cleansing"  from you above - stay on message fer Christsakes man.

Cool.

Make good use of the pool’s killer Wi-Fi and keep campaigning for human rights.

Never mind my “ethnic cleansing” comment. You have more urgent human rights issues to worry about. When will you start the campaign against the USA hosting the 2026 World Cup?

Regards,

TK

Freedom of speech

https://x.com/hussainshafiei/status/1830744676619419693?s=46&t=rTM5huSAdkyumn9JrNS_MQ

This is an utterly shocking account from journalist Sarah Wilkinson of her recent violent arrest by 16 counter-terrorism police, several masked, at 7.30am.

They smashed up, or stole, many of her belongings; emptied an urn of her mother's remains over the floor; have denied her the right to touch any electronic device, even a phone, though she has a potentially life-threatening medical condition; stolen her passport, which she needs to produce or it will lead to a bail infraction and possibly a five-year jail term; and much else besides.

She has, of course, been stripped of the right to do journalism. All of this under Section 12 of the draconian Terrorism Act.

This is clearly intended as a campaign of terror, meant to intimidate others from speaking up about Israel's genocide in Gaza.

We are being reminded that you don't need to be a Julian Assange to be targeted and have your life turned upside down. We are being reminded that ultimately the UK is a police state – and that our freedoms are a gift from those who rule over us.

I thought you were a Saudi citizen, living in a country where freedoms are far more limited and human rights don't exist.

1. I’m not a Saudi citizen, nor do I live in Saudi.

2. Saudi Arabia is an autocracy. They never pretended otherwise, and they never lectured other nations about freedom of speech.

As soon as the reports of slave labor being killed on building sites start.

You'll be the first to know.

Ahhhhhhh … and there was me thinking it was also about LGBTQ rights and the alcohol ban …. Silly me!

How about aiding and abetting the killing of children? Ethnic cleansing?

Or are countries who enable war crimes ok to host World Cups as long as they support LGBTQ rights and allow alcohol in stadiums? Is it no longer referred to as sports washing?

It’s amazing how nuanced some people become when it comes to zionist crimes …

You can start your campaign now on that stuff now. I will handle the slave labor deaths that way we have all the stuff covered.

You got a lot more room to stretch out in here now that Cosplay Chaim has self immolated.

Got the pond all to yourself.

Cheers,

You’d expect the people who were crying out loud about the Qatar World Cup to start that campaign, not me!

I personally don’t think the US World Cup should be subject to human rights boycott campaigns, just as I thought the Qatar World Cup shouldn’t have been.

We’re not all hypocrites like you.

Really?  What are your links to SA, why do you speak Arabic,?

And why would them not pretending to be a democracy get them of rhe hook in any way when the discussion's about human rights abuses? You seem a lot more put out by the human rights abuses of the West than the far worse abuses in he Middle East.

But, yeah  the ultra conservative governments there don't pretend to be anything other than dictorial bloodthirsty bonesaw- wielding woman and gay oppressing regimes, where people are imprisoned and exucuted for criticising the rulers, so I guess we don't need to talk about them for context.

1. I speak Arabic because I’m an Arab.

2. Not all Arabs are from Saudi Arabia. I hope you know that already.

3. I also speak Italian, but I’m not Italian, nor have I ever supported Mussolini or the fascist party. Honest!

4. Why does it matter to you where I come from? Why do you have to classify people? I never ask where anyone on here comes from! It’s the ideas that matter, not the country of origin. Right?

5. No one should get off the hook for any human rights violation. Absolutely no one. If you actually read (and understand) what I post rather than make up your mind based on my presumed country of origin then you wouldn’t have made such comments.

6. I suggest you go find a post of mine that you don’t agree with and quote it so we can have a meaningful discussion, rather than just assume things based on my presumed country of origin.

Cheers,

Carlo

Cool story bro - just noticed your subs have run out.

As you know this is a user supported site - appreciate the fact that you have dedicated alot of your time to it when you could be out cruising Qatar in the convertible instead of stuck in that stuffy hi rise doing this muck but still.

Anywho, see if you can get that taken care of today Don.

Sorry. I’m sending all my spare money to the orphaned children of Gaza these days. I’m sure Usher will understand.
