We just don’t play like that under Slot but I agree. I’d love us to turn on the style tonight and batter them but I’d rip your arm off for a scrappy 1 nil win.

By all means bring him on when the rats are getting tired if we need a bit of nous, but his last few performances have not warranted him starting another game here.

It's way worse than that, he's been a hindrance to our attacks recently.

 

Atleast with Nunez you know his game intelligence is so low that he's going to try and run fast and then blam his shot as hard as he can.

It seems Slot really doesn’t want to use too many outside of about 13 or 14 players unless we’ve an injury.

 

Hope he gets the latitude to build a bigger group of players that he trusts in the summer, even if we see a good few moving on. 
 

I would have thought Elliott and Chiesa might have merited starts tonight, but then again I’m not the manager running away with our second title in 35 years in his first season.
