As soon as i saw who it was i turned it off. Do you listen to those whoppers? Actually thats a stupid question, of course you do, you need to prove to everyone that you are worthy of supporting the club.

Upcoming games until the middle of April for us and Arsenal.

16th could be fun, if Arsenal drop points and we win the Final.

I knew a Utd fan in the 90s who said he had never been to a game where they won the league - it always seemed to happen when others dropped points. As in 19/20.

I hope we’re playing when (if) we win it.

Spot on. I abided by pretty much every Covid rule but fuck me I was so close to going to Anfield when Chelsea beat the other cheating twats. It was already a forgone conclusion but the feeling of it all was weird despite what we’d achieved. I remember tears running down my face but I still didn’t know what to do with myself. A bottle was opened and she (blue) took her mum (Red) a glass of champagne round because she lives in the road next to ours and I just sat there. Took a few phone calls but I was on another planet. This club needs that trophy waved around the ground and hopefully with a CL final to look forward too and all.

I hope we win it while playing at Anfield, preferably against West Ham.

I can see it being this weekend though…

…not that they’ll necessarily lose to Ipswich, I think if we win at Leicester that’ll be it.

Just get it done before we play Arsenal, that last 4 games of the season could get a bit twitchy.

Actually, winning it with a capitulation by Spurs going in to those last 4 games would be ideal and then a guard of honour by Chelsea in the next game followed by celebration at against Arsenal.

But really just win it.

Given the content of the video, that’s literally the best and funniest response you could have put.

Reply all you want, my point has been made. Back radio silence.

Enjoy your weekend.

Whilst of course appreciating the bigger picture that was Covid it is human nature to feel aggrieved IMO at the circumstances around us finally winning the league in 2020.

30 fucking years we'd waited - many of them feeling like we were never going to do it, the odd heartbreaker thrown in there like 2014 just to add to the pain...

Watching the fucking mancs dominate for best part of 20 years - watching Blackburn and Leicester - Blackburn and Leicester FFS win it!

Then when we are absolutely cruising to finally, finally fucking finally ending the pain - a once in a lifetime pandemic shuts down the world - you couldn't fucking write it.

The null and void shouts, the not knowing if it was going to restart - all going on as we lived with people dying and lockdown and everything else that was happening.

Then it restarts in the summer inside empty stadia, and we officially win it without even playing....We get presented with what we had chased for 30 long years in an empty stadium.....No celebrations in front of the fans and the joy and relief of finally claiming the title and getting that monkey off our backs - no outpouring of emotion, no display of thanks to that brilliant team and manager - no spine tingling rendition of YNWA, no gutteral, visceral roar as the trophy was lifted....Just a strange, eerie spectacle of empty stands as the players and staff tried to celebrate.

No parade through the city, no streets awash with red and thronging to the sound of pure joy....No pubs bouncing....Yes there was a bigger issue at play, more important and serious stuff - but fucking hell I defy anyone to not feel aggrieved at it all by it - You just couldn't write it.

Sometime in the next few weeks we are going to win it again and in the weeks before it and when it happens and after it happens we need to celebrate, make the most of every moment of it and cherish it.....

We used to take it for granted a bit in the 80's - I was there when we won it against QPR and when we got presented with it against Derby in 1990 - it was OK, especially after losing it how we did in 89, but there was still a bit of "yeah we won it again" in the air. What happened in 2020 should mean we never take what is such a special thing for granted again and we make it the biggest fucking party and biggest outpouring of joy we've ever seen.

That's the one I've been thinking too. Wouldn't mind it being pushed to a Saturday 8pm if we're still in the Champions League.

We can’t take PSG for granted. I was at Anfield in the late 90s and we should have got that other goal. Fucking bastards
