That would be dependent on him agreeing to resign for them. So as much as they say they control it they don't. He does, if he tells them to do one nothing they can do. 

 

Don't see it happening myself anyway. He's hardly played enough games to warrant a 40ml fee that's being talked about

It's hard to say what the plan is at left back. I always assumed Robertson is the type of player who would stick around forever but if he's bad enough this season, he might get the hint that it has to end. Tsimikas can be useful, but he isn't an every game starter at a big club.

 

The thing is that the profile of player you have at one fullback often influences what you want on the other, and there's some uncertainty with Trent, so it's hard to forecast.

I'm still of the belief we need a clinical centre forward, number 9,whatever you want to call it. 

 

I'm not slating Nunez, but the fact of the matter is, your centre forward should be getting 15-20 league goals every season, and Nunez isn't close to that.... Unfortunately..... 

 

Robbo needs looking at as well, and another play making midfielder wouldn't go amiss, maybe that nyoni kid is the answer, not this year, but perhaps they don't want to block his pathway too much

To be fair he’s been unlucky with many of his injuries. He’s got that ability to throw himself about in challenges, and end up in a tangle getting himself injured.

I would argue more we need another striker that can score 20 goals a season and stay fully fit.
