I actually thought Zirkzee was one of their better players. Yeah his finishing should be better but at least he was getting the chances with his movement. I barely noticed Rashford touch the ball. And that shithouse Fernandez put in another cowardly performance. How is he a captain of a top team? 

 

I know we had low moments but I don't remember us ever being this crap for this long as those shit cunts.

As someone else here pointed out, if you put brackets around the Busby and Ferguson eras, they're basically a shit team with a string of unsuccessful managers.

Granted, we also won a lot of our league titles in a 27-year period, but they were won under 4 different managers, and we have won 6 leagues and 2 European Cups outside of that timeline. 

 

Their success (in terms of leagues and European Cups anyway) is restricted to the Busby and Ferguson eras. 

1951 - 1969 = 5x Leagues & 1x European Cup 
1992 - 2013 = 13x League titles & 2x European Cups.

 

1878 - 1951 2x League titles
1969 - 1992 0x League titles
2013 - 2024 0 x League titles

Aside from a very successful 18-year run during Busby's management and 21 years under Ferguson, they have won just 2 league titles, and to be fair, a few cups in 107 years.

I mentioned it earlier in the thread, I thought this was the worst challenge of the game. A red for me as I don't think it's follow through I think he sees Macca and keeps going to get him.

To be fair to rashford, he put in 2 brilliant crosses for zirkzee's 2 big chances. We'd have been salivating about them had one of our players done them and they were as good as Salah's cross for the 1st goal.
