I honestly believe that missus he has makes its alright. She's incredible and without she wouldn't be in my life. The football stuff is secondary.

Disagree that the football stuff is secondary.

I think she’s been pivotal to our success. It’s unlikely that some bald Dutch guy who was just managing Feynoord is the reason we’re out in front; it’s clearly her.

It’s not a coincidence that the most handsome lads in the squad have seriously upped their game.

I heard Mo went and got his hair filled in to impress her.

I reckon it’s the reason Chiesa’s never fit. The second he steps out, players will be knocking on the door.

Alarm bells must have been ringing for him when he learned that just as he’s coming back, MacAllister is banned for two games and won’t be flying to Spain. Hence the “illness”.

I’ll bet he doesn’t play every game

next season as well!

If this is accurate, the last time someone played every game for us during a season was back in 96/97, so I guess the odds on any player doing that will be pretty low.

Hang on, is he fit yet? Like his bird?

He will never be as fit as his bird. He's in that horrible space now where he's close to fitness, he sits behind the bench with Ali, Kostas and all. He needs to more injured so he can go back in the stand and be pictured with that fine wife of his.
