There’s plenty of racism in Liverpool. The city is still a force to be reckoned with in terms of running those cunts out a few years ago, and I imagine that it’ll be similar on Saturday if it goes that way, but there’s always been a racist element and it’s only growing from my experience

I've heard the worst racism in my life in and around Anfield. Clearly it's a minority but it is certainly there.

It’s been mentioned already, but once people have the ‘truth’ they want, even being presented with hard facts that they are wide of the mark, they don’t change their stance. 
 

We’ve seen it before, notably in the years since 1989. 
 

Those manipulating these situations know this. If you lie loud enough, quickly enough, confidently enough, and towards receptive ears, then a lie can become a truth. Not ‘the truth’ obviously but they don’t care about that.

There was always been a casual racism in Liverpool, anfield in the 1980s was not the cultural melting pot it is today  

But organised racist groups like the nf really took hold.

That's why scenes like the other night and Knowsley were so depressing.
